During this visit, both you (the client) and SparkleTeam have the opportunity to assess the facility, discuss cleaning requirements, and establish expectations. Here’s what you can expect during a property walk-through with SparkleTeam:

  • Introduction and Discussion of Needs: The walk-through typically begins with introductions and a discussion of your specific cleaning needs and expectations. You’ll have the chance to explain your goals, priorities, and any unique requirements for your facility.

  • Tour of the Facility: You and the SparkleTeam representatives will tour the entire facility together. This includes all areas that require cleaning, such as offices, common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and any other spaces that need attention.

  • Assessment of Cleaning Needs: As you tour the facility, the SparkleTeam representative will assess the scope of work required. They will take note of the size of the space, the type of flooring, the number of rooms, the presence of high-traffic areas, and any specific cleaning challenges.

  • Review of Cleaning Services: You’ll discuss the range of cleaning services needed, such as routine cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and any additional services specific to your facility.
