Business Development Executive

The successful Business Development Executive generates sales revenue by developing the market potential, increasing company awareness, lead generation, qualification, closing sales, and strengthening our market position in the area of commercial building services. We have a premiere customer base and are always looking to expand our presence in this market by selling building services that utilize green products with the implementation of sustainable practices.

Do you support and implement environmentally-friendly practices in your day-to-day activities? We are looking for someone who believes, follows, supports and implements green practices.

Duties include:

  • Identification of market potential by qualifying accounts. In-house leads provided, in addition to obtaining new leads as market changes occur.
  • Initiation of sales process by networking, scheduling appointments, making initial introductions, understanding account requirements.

  • Qualification of sales opportunities with pro-active follow-up, and the building of strong relationships.
  • Closing of sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining differentiating service capabilities, overcoming objections, preparing, and presenting proposals.
  • Contributing information to market strategy by monitoring competitive services and reactions.
  • Work as a team with Quality Management, Customer Service and Marketing to strengthen knowledge and better qualify opportunities.

Position Requirements:

  • A believer in green and sustainable practices.
  • Sales and/or marketing background and experience.
  • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Word, CRM).
  • Strong social media skills for business uses (LinkedIn, Facebook).

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

If you are truly bilingual (English and Spanish – both verbal and written skills), have solid customer service experience, and enjoy dealing with clients and associates, this is a wonderful career opportunity.  We are a fast growing Building Services Provider, servicing the commercial real estate industry in South Florida. Due to our growth, we are now looking for a Customer Service Representative who will have daily interaction with Property Managers, Facility Managers, and Tenants in Broward and Palm Beach Counties and northern Miami-Dade.

Our company stands out because of our professional approach, strong customer relationships, good follow-up and superior service. We are looking for a unique individual who possesses strong customer service and some bookkeeping skills who will strengthen our team. The position reports to the Director of Quality Management and the selected candidate will find lots of opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Consult with customers and Quality Management concerning customer needs and followup to conclusion/resolution.
  • Frequent contact with Franchise Owners, to ensure customer requests are implemented.
  • Frequent contact with vendors.
  • Review and scrutinize current processes and procedures and evaluate for superior customer experience and achievement of business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records for customer and franchise accounts, to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Perform quality surveys and manage feedback.
  • Support various accounting tasks, such as proprietary settlement systems using QuickBooks and Excel.

Requirements Include:

  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills and experience. QuickBooks skills desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, in English and Spanish both.
  • Experience with customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Energetic, creative and enthusiastic personality.
