Yvonne Weld brings extensive experience in business coaching, franchise operations, and regional development to her role with JDI Cleaning Services. As Regional Development Director, she focuses on driving consistency, accountability, and strong operating practices across regions.

Yvonne is also the owner of The Weld Group Inc., a business consulting firm where she has coached hundreds of business owners in building more self-sufficient companies. Her background includes experience as both a business coach and a former M&M Meat Shops franchisee, giving her a practical understanding of franchise ownership, documentation, systems, and franchisor support.

Her experience helps support the systems, accountability, and operational structure that contribute to franchise success across the JDI Cleaning Services family.
