Mercedes Oram

Mercedes Oram is the Director of Marketing for JDI Cleaning Services. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and a Post-Secondary Diploma in Event Management from Humber College.

With more than a decade of experience in franchise marketing across both product and service-focused franchise systems, Mercedes brings a strong understanding of brand development, marketing strategy, content creation, and franchisee support. She is known for her energy, creativity, and ability to build meaningful relationships with franchisees and business owners.

At JDI, Mercedes helps share the brand story across the National Support Centre, regional and local franchisees, and customers, supporting the marketing foundation behind the broader JDI Cleaning Services family.
