Adam Yazejian has served as President of SparkleTeam since April 2026. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across franchise development, sales, operations, and business growth.

Before joining SparkleTeam, Adam spent six years as Director of Franchise Sales with Anago Cleaning Systems and also led his own successful sales consulting firm for more than a decade. His background also includes executive leadership roles in the hospitality industry, where he developed a strong track record of supporting business owners and driving growth.

Adam’s experience in franchise development and entrepreneurship helps guide SparkleTeam’s franchise growth strategy and support candidates as they explore business ownership opportunities.
